My Story
Welcome! I’m Bri.
Food has always been a huge part of my life. My earliest memory with food was my mom feeding me a jalapeno out of the fridge when I was 4, telling me that I wouldn’t like it. Spoiler- She was wrong. I’ve always had a special relationship with food because it ties me to happy memories with the people that I love. Whether it’s my Grandmother’s Ambrosia Salad, my Mother’s famous fried potatoes, or my Grandfather’s homemade bread. They are all gone now, but the imprint their favorite dishes has left on me has helped get me to where I am today.
I’m a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Pittsburgh, and I’ve since traveled and worked in multiple states. Massillon is where I was born and raised, and where I call home now. Over the years I’ve had the honor and privilege of working with some really talented and creative Chefs. Each one has influenced the Chef that I am in this moment, and I cherish each experience, and each plate we’ve put together on the pass. I have created some really wonderful dishes, memories, and experiences during my journeys of this industry, and I can’t wait to share a little bit of everywhere I’ve been with all of you.
I can’t wait for you all to be a part of my next chapter, with Fire and Fig.
